Moving to Texas

I'm watching "My First Home" on TLC (yes, it's a rangin' Saturday night around here) and the show is featuring a guy that is looking for a home in the Dallas area. Three bedrooms two baths. Not a fixer, but an updated, modern home. His price range? $100-$115K. The crazy thing is that this dude isn't living in a fantasy world. There are homes for that price. Not just a house, but a 2,ooo sq ft house on a huge lot, with a pool AND a hot tub AND a deck. What??
