Rhodie

The yard work continues. There is a GIANT rhododendron by our front door, nearly on the front door. Well, I should say there was a giant rhododendron by our front door. I tried my hand at rhodie pruning this evening and I don't think it looks too shabby...

There are still a few larger branches that need to be trimmed, but our loppers weren't mean enough to cut through 2" branches...I guess a saw (or a chain saw?) is now on the list of things to get at Lowes (or Home Depot, we still haven't pledged allegiance to a home improvement super-store).
