Priorities

In March 2005 I spent $114 on books for my summer school classes, after changing my major for the third time. 

In March 2006 I spent $114 on booze during the Spring Crawl--celebrating the almost end of my Junior year.

In March 2007 I spent $114 on a graduation dress and about ten times that on a trip to Costa Rica.

In March 2008 I spent $114 on a massage and pedicure--a present to myself for surviving my first year of non-profit fundraising.

In March 2009 I spent $114 on three black, freshwater pearl necklaces from Etsy.com for my bridesmaids.

In March 2010 I spent $114 on two 12 foot 4x4's, a "manlier" tape measure, 200 screws, 100 nails, three carpenter pencils, a gallon of paint, a right angle and two saw-horses.
