Waffles, from a cart

Taking a tip from the Keippela Trio the lovely Future Husband and I enjoyed breakfast at the Flavour Spot--a cart that dishes out waffles filed with glorious things like ham, sausage, cehddar, maple butter and havarti. (Think taco style filling). I went for the regular butter and powdered sugar. For those of you thinking that butter isn't really a "topping" think again, at the Flavour Spot the liberal spreading of whipped butter into the golden, crispy yet still soft crevices of your waffle is a topping.

I'd give Flavour Spot a 5 out of 5 for taste, origininality and plating. Maybe a 3 for the wait...as it's a popular place and only a two person cart...
